Shipping & Delivery

Thank you for using Saanjh Creations (Label Saanjh)! We are thrilled to bring our heritage-inspired designs to you. Here you will find all of the details you need to know about Shipping and Delivery of your order.

1. Order Processing

Once you place an order, our team starts preparing it within 1–2 working days. After it’s packed and handed over to our courier partner, you’ll receive the tracking details on your registered mobile number.

In case of any special or made-to-order items, the processing time may be slightly longer. If that happens, we’ll inform you in advance.

2. Domestic Shipping (India)

We deliver across India, including remote and hard-to-reach locations.

Orders usually take 3–7 working days to reach the metro and major cities. Deliveries to remote or isolated areas may take 7–10 working days from the date of dispatch.

Standard shipping within India is free, unless mentioned otherwise. Any request for express or special courier services may have additional charges.

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive the tracking link on your email and/or SMS.

3. Tracking & Updates

Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive an email and SMS with your tracking number and link.

If there are any updates in the delivery timeline or if a delay occurs, you’ll be notified.

If you don’t see the tracking message or email, please check your spam or promotions folder.If you still haven’t received any tracking details within 48 hours of dispatch, feel free to reach out to us.

4. Delivery Issues & Address Accuracy

Please make sure the shipping address and phone number you provide are accurate. If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, the cost of re-shipping may be charged to the customer.
