Cancellation & Exchange Policy

At Saanjh Creations (Label Saanjh), customer satisfaction is important to us. To ensure a smooth and transparent shopping experience, we request you to carefully review our policy before placing an order.
Any change or exchange is applicable only within 7 days of delivery.

1. Exchange Policy (Within 7 Days of Delivery)

We offer an exchange facility only within 7 days from the date of delivery, subject to product eligibility.

To qualify for an exchange:

  • The product must be unused, unworn, and unwashed
  • It must be returned in original condition with tags, invoice, and original packaging intact

Once the returned item passes our quality inspection, the exchange will be processed.

🔔 Change is applicable only within 7 days of delivery. Requests raised after this period will not be accepted.

2. Refund Policy

Currently, refunds are not offered.
To support our customers, we provide a smooth exchange option wherever applicable to ensure satisfaction with your purchase.

3. Size Exchange / Exchange Request Process

Note: Reverse pickup may not be available for some pin codes. In such cases, customers must send the product back by courier, clearly mentioning the customer’s name and mobile number on the parcel. Courier charges will be borne by the customer.
Exchanges are allowed only for size-related issues. Product exchanges are not permitted.
Items purchased during offers or discount sales are non-exchangeable.

Once received and approved, the exchanged size will be dispatched.

4. Returns & Chargebacks

  • We do not accept returns once an item is sold
  • Once the order is delivered, chargebacks are not permitted

5. Damaged / Defective / Incorrect Product

All products undergo multiple quality checks before dispatch.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please inform us within 24 hours of delivery, along with clear photos or videos.

After verification, we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost, using the fastest available courier service.

6. When Exchanges Are Not Accepted

Exchanges will not be accepted in the following cases:

  • Minor colour variation (up to 10%) due to screen resolution or lighting
  • Dislike of material, colour, or design (details are clearly mentioned on the product page)
  • Customized or personalized products
  • Used, washed, or worn items
  • Missing tags, invoice, or original packaging
  • Products purchased during sales, offers, or discounts

7. Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled only before shipment
  • Once the order is shipped, cancellation, refund is not possible
